In the curry bread, the white snow on the mountaintop is recreated with coconut flakes.
Rice flour is added to the bread dough to more closely resemble the taste of Red Mt. Fuji curry, and the bread dough is made with careful consideration of the balance and compatibility between the curry and the dough.
In addition, chili peppers are added to the batter, creating a spiciness that is addictive and delicious, with the spiciness of the Red Mt. Fuji curry and the batter accenting the dish.
There were many issues to be resolved at the beginning of development, such as the shape of Mt. Fuji, costs, and adjusting the viscosity of the roux.
