Release date: Sunday, November 1, 2020
Suggested retail price (excluding tax): 3,500 yen Size: H150mm x Φ100mm
Capacity: 350mlWe have focused on the glass craftsmanship that has been handed down since the Edo period at Tajima Glass, in which each piece is carefully made by hand by skilled artisans, and have created a Mount Fuji stem glass with a shape that is unlike any other in the world.
In addition to its form reminiscent of Mount Fuji, the surface of the glass uses a specially created molding technique unique to Tajima Glass called the "TAJIMA Twist Mall" technique, which is not normally possible for other companies to make.
In addition, after putting glass seeds into a molding mold, the glass is twisted and blown into a forming mold, and lines are engraved on the surface of the glass to create the climbing trail of Mount Fuji.
This is a stem-type glass that thoroughly pursues the essence of Mount Fuji. After the blue comes a dry red!
"Red Mount Fuji Curry Bread"
This time, sales have begun at two new stores!
■A new product has been released from the "Mount Fuji Series" that is a hot topic on social media!
The "Blue Mt. Fuji Curry Bread", which began selling in limited quantities at the Fujikawa Roadside Station on July 13th, is a baked curry bread that is healthier than regular bread. In addition, the bread recreates the blue image of Mt. Fuji not only inside but also on the outside, making it a visual treat that looks great on social media. It has been popular among women in particular, and has been featured on television and other media, and has been extremely well-received.
Due to the overwhelming response, the long-planned "Red Mt. Fuji Curry Bread" will finally be released on October 12th.
As in the previous time, we asked the social welfare corporation Kunimi-kai Yours and Yus to develop the product.
The curry bread filling is made with "Red Mt. Fuji Curry" roux, which gives it a spicy taste. The bread dough also uses rice flour to bring out the best flavor of the curry. Chili peppers are also kneaded into the dough to balance with the curry filling, resulting in a proud bread dough that has just the right amount of chili flavor the moment you bite into it.
Until now, these have only been sold at the Fujikawa Roadside Station, but after the Blue Mt. Fuji Curry Bread went on sale, there have been many inquiries about selling it, so now the Blue Mt. Fuji Curry Bread and Red Mt. Fuji Curry Bread will also be sold at two other locations: the outbound Futaba Service Area on the Chuo Expressway, and Café GREEN HOUSE inside the Kawaguchiko Herb Hall.
In the future, we will strive to make this product known to more people by expanding sales outlets and selling it at events.

The SNS-worthy "Blue Mt. Fuji Curry"
This time it appears as a curry bread!
"Blue Mount Fuji Curry Bread"
A new product jointly developed by "Social Welfare Corporation Kunimi-kai Yours and Yuzu" and "Fujisan Products" in a business partnership. It is sold exclusively at the "Michi-no-Eki Fujikawa" roadside station, and is a joint project between the three companies.
This popular instant curry product has become a hot topic online due to its social media appeal, and we wanted even more people to try it, so we decided to design and sell curry bread, which puts the curry inside bread.
The product was completed after repeated prototyping over the past six months in partnership with Kunimi-kai Yours and Yours, a social welfare corporation that provides services to support independence for people with intellectual and mental disabilities.
"Blue Mt. Fuji Curry Bread®" is not only blue in curry, but the surrounding bread is also blue, making it a curry bread that faithfully reproduces Mt. Fuji curry.
In the curry bread, the white snow on the mountaintop is recreated with coconut flakes.
Coconut is also used in the curry roux for Blue Mt. Fuji Curry, and it goes perfectly with curry and bread.
In addition, rice flour is added to the bread dough to more closely resemble the taste of Blue Mt. Fuji curry, and the bread dough is made with careful consideration of the balance and compatibility between the curry and the dough.
There were many issues to be resolved at the beginning of development, such as the shape of Mt. Fuji, costs, and adjusting the viscosity of the roux.
Utilizing the technical skills of Yours and Yu's bread-making technicians, we were able to solve each problem one by one and finally bring the product to market.

"Red Mount Fuji Curry"
The second edition of the popular "Blue Mt. Fuji Curry" is now available on social media!
This is the second Mt. Fuji curry following the "Blue Mt. Fuji Curry" which was released in April 2018 and became a hot topic as an "Instagrammable blue curry." As you would expect from its red color, it is spicy.
The second in the Mt. Fuji Curry series, "Red Mt. Fuji Curry," is a spicy curry that recreates the color of "Red Fuji," as opposed to the traditional creamy "Blue Mt. Fuji Curry."
It is not just "dry" but is made with a unique spice blend that adds a savory flavor to the spiciness, and also contains grape juice from Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, "Japan's No. 1 Grape Village," to give it a rich, deep flavor.
Furthermore, we incorporated the Japanese "dashi" culture, which is popular among foreigners, into the curry to create a delicious "umami" flavor that can be felt even in the spiciness.
We use Japanese pepper as a spice and the numbing spiciness of mala gives it a sharp spiciness.
Furthermore, the color of Mount Fuji, which appears to be dyed red in "Red Fuji," is created using natural paprika pigments and grape juice, etc.
This dish features a spicy flavor that combines spiciness and umami.
Curry that faithfully reproduces the color and appearance
"Blue Mount Fuji Curry"
Blue Mt. Fuji Curry , inspired by Japan's symbol, Mt. Fuji, will be available in retort pouches from November 1, 2018 as a new souvenir from Yamanashi and Japan.
What is Blue Mt. Fuji Curry?
This curry is a faithful reproduction of Mount Fuji.
The curry is made to resemble mountain slopes with blue curry, sea of trees with pickles, and lava with fried onions.
Starting in April 2018, it has been available on the cafe menu at "Fujisan LAVACAFE" located within the Yamanashi Prefectural Mount Fuji World Heritage Center.
After we started serving it, more and more customers started coming to our restaurant to try it.
It has been very well received.
Many customers who visited the store said, "I'd love to buy this as a souvenir!" and "Please commercialize it!"
We have received many comments such as
In response to this demand, we have now decided to produce Blue Mt. Fuji Curry.
The secret story behind the birth of Blue Mt. Fuji Curry
There are many dishes on the market that are called "Mount Fuji Curry."
However, while the majority of "Mt. Fuji curry" available anywhere is simply rice shaped like Mt. Fuji and curry poured over it, if we are going to make Mt. Fuji curry, we want the appearance and color to be as close to the image of the real Mt. Fuji as possible!
With this simple idea in mind, production of "Blue Mt. Fuji Curry" began around January 2018.
First, we researched the colors that evoke images of Mt. Fuji, and it turns out that the most representative colors of Mt. Fuji are the "white" of the snow that covers it and the "blue" of the mountainside.
After much trial and error, I came up with the idea of using the "white" part of rice to make a "blue" curry, and from that point on, I began to experiment with how to make curry "blue."
However, how can we turn brown curry "blue"? We began to struggle with whether we could make it a beautiful, vibrant Tiffany blue color.
So after much deliberation and consideration, we finally managed to come up with the vibrant Tiffany blue color that we have today, and to recreate the color of Mount Fuji's mountainside.
This color recreates the image of the real Mt. Fuji, resulting in the creation of a one-of-a-kind "Blue Mt. Fuji Curry."

The two product development staff from both Fujisan Products and Yamafuji Co., Ltd.
We are deeply involved in the tourism industry, and at a time when tourism in Yamanashi Prefecture is in a slump, we came up with this plan with the desire to let people all over the country know about Yamanashi Prefecture, and to have many people visit the prefecture once the situation has settled down.
As part of this effort, Yamanashi Prefectural Museum discussed and considered whether it was possible to commercialize the design of the "Yogennotori," a symbol of warding off epidemics, which was posted on Twitter on April 3rd and has become a hot topic, and this led to the development of these two products.
Sales will begin on Sunday, June 7th in hopes of ending the COVID-19 pandemic.

"Kofu Chicken Offal Stew"
"Kofu Chicken Offal Boiled Curry"
In order to make "Kofu Chicken Motsuni", a local gourmet dish from Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, known to even more people, we have commercialized it in a retort pouch that can be stored at room temperature without the need for refrigeration or freezing. Both products contain four types of chicken motsu, including kumquat. We plan to sell them at service areas, roadside stations, supermarkets, and mass retailers in Yamanashi Prefecture, as well as at events across the country.
Kofu Chicken Offal Stew is made by simmering four types of chicken offal - gizzard, heart, liver, and kumquat (eggs still developing inside the body) - in a sweet and spicy soy sauce sauce.
Kofu Chicken Motsuni is made by coating chicken tripe with a candy-like sauce after the water has evaporated, sealing in the umami of the tripe.
The two new products jointly developed with Torimotsu-tai are as follows:
・Kofu Chicken Motsuni (Retort): 180g/690 yen (excluding tax)
・Kofu Chicken Motsuni Curry (Retort): 180g/690 yen (excluding tax)
On the back of the packaging for Kofu Chicken Offal Stew, there is a QR code for a website with secret recipes using Kofu Chicken Offal, and there is also a "Secret Recipe" page that introduces various ways to eat the product.
Kofu Chicken Motsuni Secret Recipe Page: https://www.fujisan-p.com/urarecipe
The newly developed "Kofu Chicken Offal Stew (Retort)" contains four types of chicken offal (gizzard, heart, liver, and kumquat) and can be enjoyed either cold or heated, for its rich flavor.
"Kofu Chicken Motsuni Curry" is an exquisite spice curry that brings out the rich flavor and tastiness of Kofu Chicken Motsuni.
A paste of chicken liver is added to the roux to add richness.
In addition, it is made with plenty of butter and cream, giving it a mild flavor reminiscent of butter chicken curry.
The ingredients include chicken gizzards, hearts, liver, and kumquats, making this a very satisfying dish.
The design is such that when the two products, "Kofu Chicken Motsuni" and "Kofu Chicken Motsuni Curry", are placed side by side, they create a bond between them.
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this product will be used to support the town revitalization activities of the General Incorporated Association B-Class Local Gourmet Town Revitalization Group Liaison Council (commonly known as Ai B League) and the Kofu Chicken Motsuni Team, which brings people together in town revitalization efforts.

Made with "Kimihime" sweet corn
Golden Crescent Curry
Golden Crescent Curry uses Kimihime sweet corn paste in the curry roux, and is an authentic curry with a balanced sweetness and a strong spice flavor that is a result of the Kimihime's characteristic sweetness and a unique blend of spices.
"Golden Crescent Curry" is a product jointly developed with Nakamichi Agricultural Products Processing Direct Sales Association.
Why is it called crescent moon curry?
When I decided to make a curry using sweet corn this time, I thought that if I simply added sweet corn to a brown curry, it would get lost in the crowd of other local curries out there. So, as we experimented with different curries, we decided that if we were going to use delicious sweet corn, we should make a curry that made the most of it, so we made repeated prototypes, and in the process we made use of not only the flavor but also the color of the sweet corn.
But even so, it's just a golden-colored curry made with sweet corn, and it gets lost among the many other local curries.
"That would be a waste of all the delicious sweet corn that farmers have worked so hard to produce!"
I thought about it and thought about it a lot.
We decided to take advantage of this golden color and market it with a "moon" motif! We then thought, "A normal moon isn't very interesting, so let's try a crescent moon," and thus the birth of our current "Golden Crescent Curry."
This product is intended for you to use the bright yellow color of corn to arrange your own crescent moons.

"Mount Fuji lava cookies"
The "Mount Fuji Lava Cookies" are made by using bamboo charcoal to give the lava of Mount Fuji a black color, and to make the cookies look even more realistic, crushed almonds are added to recreate the rugged texture of the cross-section of lava rock.
Contrary to their chunky appearance, the cookie itself has a soft texture and a crunchy hardness that crumbles easily inside the mouth, making them easy to eat. We also paid particular attention to the taste, keeping the amount of sugar to a minimum and using natural salt, which brings out a subtle sweetness to the maximum.
Also, by using bamboo charcoal, it is said that charcoal can detoxify harmful substances in the body, improve blood circulation, and increase metabolism, so they focused on ` `charcoal food '' and commercialized it.
" Charcoal food, " which incorporates charcoal into food, has been gaining attention around the world in recent years.
Furthermore, it is a vegan food , which does not use any animal-derived ingredients, and has become a popular food item for foreign tourists.

Yamanashi flavored soup stock spice "Umayakumi Shot"
Joint development company: Yamafuji Co., Ltd.
Product Supervisor: Menzu Fujisan
Recreate the taste of Yamanashi's soul food "Yoshida Udon" with "spices"! "Umayakumi Shot" is a local BBQ soup stock spice that combines the umami of soup stock, the flavor of miso, and the taste of ground ginger.
"Yoshida Udon" is a local gourmet dish that represents Yamanashi Prefecture. Its biggest feature is the thick, chewy noodles. The soup is made with a blend of soy sauce and miso, and the toppings, such as sweet and spicy stewed meat and cabbage, are irresistible, and many people are becoming addicted to it.
Among the many "Yoshida Udon" shops, "Menzu Fujiyama", which has its main store in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture, has a particularly large number of fans. Yamafuji Co., Ltd. asked "Menzu Fujiyama" to supervise the development of "Yamanashi Aji Dashi Spice Uma Yakumi Shot".
The planning and development of the product was entrusted to Fujisan Products, a product planning and development company representing Yamanashi Prefecture that has brought many popular products to the world.
With the full cooperation of the two companies, the three companies were able to work together to create a new product with a genuine, authentic taste.
" Yamanashi Dashi Spice Uma Yakumi Shot " is a dashi spice that packs the flavor of the soup stock and miso of "Yoshida Udon" and the rich spicy taste of the minced condiment into a bottle. It matches a wide range of ingredients such as meat, fish, rice, pasta, and fried foods. It also works well as a secret ingredient when preparing food.
Also, the barbecue is highly recommended.
While the majority of the ingredients in typical outdoor spices is salt, the majority of the ingredients in Yamanashi Dashi Spice Uma Yakumi Shot are chili peppers.
We use carefully selected chili peppers from China, and the first thing that makes these chili peppers special is that they have a good balance of spiciness and flavor. The capsaicin content, which is an indicator of spiciness, is around 0.04%, which is about 1/5 of the amount of chili peppers commonly sold in stores. Therefore, even though the red color is deep and beautiful, it is not so spicy that you can't eat it, and you can feel the flavor of the chili peppers even more. Furthermore, we use only the flesh of the chili peppers excluding the seeds. If you remove the seeds, the amount of raw chili peppers is roughly half, but the flavor and the bright red color are concentrated, making it an outdoor spice that is full of attention to detail.

"BENINUKA Beninuka" rice bran mix containing wine pumice
Joint development company: Yamafuji Co., Ltd.
Yamafuji has been wholesaling products mainly to roadside stations in Yamanashi Prefecture.
In the midst of all this, we heard from the facility that "We want local people to eat more local vegetables!", so we launched and developed the "Let's Eat Yamanashi Vegetables Project."
We have developed and sold our own dressings so that people can eat as many local vegetables as possible. We want people to enjoy Yamanashi's "specialty vegetables" with our special dressings!
Similarly, the latest product we have developed, "BENINUKA Beninuka," was planned, developed and sold so that people can enjoy Yamanashi's specialty vegetables using a local rice bran bed.
Look out for wine pumice.
Making pickled vegetables in rice bran became popular among people spending time at home during the coronavirus pandemic.
We planned and manufactured "BENINUKA Beninuka" under the supervision of a fermented food health advisor as a product that can be used continuously by people who are just starting to make rice bran.
The bran contains a mixture of wine pumice, rice bran, dried radish, and mandarin peel.
You can easily make a rice bran bed by simply adding water. Furthermore, the bag containing the product can be used as a storage container for rice bran pickles, and it is a convenient size that can be put directly into the refrigerator, making it easy to start making rice bran pickles.
In addition to the classic radishes, turnips, cucumbers, and carrots, tomatoes, avocados, zucchini, and other vegetables also go well with this pickle. "365 Days Rice Accompaniment Takeda-bushi Boiled in Oil," made from chicken shavings made from the breast meat of Yamanashi Prefecture's branded local chicken "Koshu Jidori," released in February 2021, and garlic boiled in "rice oil," will go on sale from Friday, November 12. It was developed to spread the deliciousness of Yamanashi Prefecture's high-end branded local chicken "Koshu Jidori."
"365 Days of Rice Accompaniment - Takeda Fushi Boiled in Oil" is, as the product name suggests, a perfect rice accompaniment that you could eat 365 days of the year without getting tired of it.
It is rare to find a rice accompaniment that uses chicken shavings, and by using rice oil to match the rice better than the oil typically used in simmered dishes, we have been able to create a rare and new type of innovative rice accompaniment.
After trying out various recipes, including those using a generous amount of "Takeda-bushi", shaved chicken flakes from Koshu local chicken, as well as recipes using miso and soy sauce, he came up with a recipe inspired by "Bueno Chicken", a chicken dish loved by locals in Okinawa and a local delicacy.
The recipe is made by adding garlic and vinegar to dried chicken shavings and simmering them in oil.The perfect balance of just the right amount of saltiness, the texture and rich flavor of the dried chicken shavings, and the taste and aroma of garlic makes this a dish that will make rice even more delicious.

As the name suggests, Koshu Jidori is a local chicken native to Yamanashi Prefecture.
They are raised on spacious farms for approximately four months, more than twice as long as regular chickens.

Taking into account the long breeding period, Koshu Jidori is a high-end brand of chicken, priced at around 270 to 280 yen per 100g compared to regular chicken.
The chicken shavings " Takeda Bushi " were created with the desire to spread the appeal of Koshu Jidori chicken throughout the country.
The project was undertaken by the Ueda Group, which runs Hajime no Ippo Jidori Ueda, a restaurant renowned for its dishes made with Koshu local chicken.

Spice & Herb Tea Bags for Mulled Wine
Vin chaud with Southern tea
These tea bags for hot wine contain several types of herbs such as cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. They also contain "Nanbu tea" tea leaves, a specialty of Nanbu Town, Yamanashi Prefecture, so the polyphenol components of the tea dissolve into the red wine, adding even more depth to the wine.
■The winter staple "mulled wine" is now available in a tea bag format that can be easily enjoyed one cup at a time
Mulled wine is a standard drink in Europe, and due to its "mellow taste" and the fact that it is slowly warmed by the hands during the cold winter, it has recently become a common sight at Christmas markets in Japan.
However, if you make it at home, you will need to prepare spices, fruits, etc., which can be surprisingly time-consuming.
"Vin chaud" is a spice and herb tea bag for hot wine.
The sale of this product was made possible in response to many requests from customers visiting the salon run by Mayudama, such as "After opening a bottle of wine, I can't finish it all," "I want to drink hot wine easily and conveniently," and "Commercially available hot wine is too sweet, so I want something less sweet."
The biggest feature is its ease of use.
All you have to do is put a tea bag in and pop it in the microwave, so anyone can easily enjoy hot wine at home.
Additionally, in recent years, as consumers have become more health-conscious when it comes to food, less sweetened or sugar-free products have become increasingly popular.
This product does not contain any sugar or other sweeteners, so you can adjust the sweetness to suit your taste, making it a product that meets current needs.
The background to the development of these hot wine tea bags is our desire to let more people know about our local "Wine Prefecture, Yamanashi."
The tea bags contain a unique blend of several herbs, including cinnamon, ginger and cloves, that has been repeatedly blended through trial and error by phytotherapy professionals *1 .
Furthermore, it is not just herbs and spices that are used.
We were also able to use the carefully selected tea leaves supplied by Maruwa Tea Farm (Nanbu Town, Yamanashi Prefecture, Representative: Tatsuji Ichise), a producer of Nanbu tea*2 in Yamanashi Prefecture, in order to create this blend.
By dissolving the flavor of green tea leaves into wine, the tannin (catechin) components in the tea have the same effect on the wine as tannins, a type of polyphenol (flavanol) that gives wine its flavor. The tea components add richness and depth to the wine, giving it a taste that is one level higher.
In the future, we are considering commercializing the product infused with specialty teas other than Nanbu tea, as well as for use with white wine and sangria.

Inden no Yamamoto, a manufacturer and retailer of Koshu Inden, Akiyama Seisakusho, a jewelry manufacturer and wholesaler, and Makita Shoten, a Gunnai textile manufacturer and wholesaler, have developed "TSUNAGU," a high-end notebook-style case for iPhone, made with materials and designs that bring together and make full use of Yamanashi's traditional craft techniques.

■ A notebook-style case for iPhone that combines traditional craft techniques passed down in Yamanashi"TSUNAGU," which will go on sale nationwide from Tuesday, December 20, 2016, is a notebook-style case for the iPhone 7/6/6S that was jointly developed with local companies, bringing together and utilizing the processing techniques of traditional crafts that Yamanashi Prefecture is proud of, such as "Koshu Inden," "jewelry," and "textiles."
"Koshu Inden" is characterized by deerskin with lacquer patterns applied to it, and is a traditional craft that has been passed down in Yamanashi Prefecture for many years. Taking advantage of its soft texture, bags and other items are made from it.
"Jewelry" is world-famous for its world-class high level of craftsmanship, and the area is also a famous jewelry production area, with polishing techniques that have been refined and honed, and jewelry shipments now account for one-third of the national share.
Yamanashi's textiles have their roots in Kai silk, which has captured people's hearts since the Edo period with its unique luster and texture, and even today the region produces high-quality textiles using yarn-dyed, fine-count, and high-density techniques.
The new "TSUNAGU" line focuses on traditional crafts that have been passed down for a long time in Yamanashi: Koshu Inden, jewelry, and textiles. By combining advanced processing techniques, we have achieved high quality, design, and ease of use. We hope to promote this luxury "MADE IN JAPAN" item not only to iPhone users in Japan, but also to the world.

Japan's first luxury jewelry iPhone case
"Time ~KOKU~"
Japan's first jewelry iPhone case, "KOKU," made using jewelry processing techniques that are a local industry in Yamanashi Prefecture, will be released on October 10, 2013.
The jewelry iPhone case "KOKU" is a commercial product based on an idea put forward at the Yamanashi Brand Tourism Business Matching Consultation held by the prefecture, where Akiyama Seisakusho and Phonet hope to contribute to the brand tourism promoted by Yamanashi Prefecture by utilizing their respective expertise in jewelry processing technology and sales channels.
Based on the theme of "time" as the character "Koku" (time), the motif is a diamond ring that can be recognized as jewelry at a glance, and the flow of time in the long history of jewelry processing and the inheritance of manufacturing techniques in Yamanashi is expressed in Greek numerals. Hidden within the design is Mount Fuji, the symbol of Japan and Yamanashi, which was registered as a World Heritage Site in 2013.
At the same time, we have created a ring with the same design in white gold for the Silver model and in yellow gold for the Gold model, each with a 0.1ct diamond. Wear this ring on the hand holding the iPhone with the case on and enjoy a casual coordination.
—About the production—

Mt.Fuji pork rice bowl
(Blue Mt. Fuji Lu Rou Fan Curry/Red Mt. Fuji Lu Rou Fan Curry)
The first in Yamanashi Prefecture! The popular "Blue Mt. Fuji Curry" on social media is collaborating with the popular Taiwanese street food "Lu Rou Fan" in a limited edition! Available in limited quantities for just two days from Mt. Fuji Day on February 23rd!
The hot gourmet dish "Curry x Lu Rou Fan" is a hot topic in the curry industry and the media!
This much-talked-about Lu Rou Fan curry will be served for the first time in Yamanashi Prefecture (according to our research).
Only 20 meals per day!
The topping of quail eggs is arranged to create the image of "Diamond Fuji."
The pickles, which were previously used as a topping to evoke the image of the sea of trees, have been replaced with chives to go well with the Lu Rou Fan curry.
Furthermore, fried onions are also used to prepare Lu Rou (a traditional Japanese curry), with Lu Rou being topped on the fried onions, the Sea of Trees being the asatsuki and the lava being the Lu Rou (a traditional Japanese curry), giving it the same appearance as previous Mount Fuji curry.
Red Mount Fuji Curry
Furthermore, the "Red Fuji" hue, which makes Mount Fuji appear dyed red, is created using natural paprika pigments and grape juice, etc.
This dish features a spicy flavor that combines spiciness and umami.
Red Mount Fuji curry
You can choose from three levels of spiciness.
● First Station of Mt. Fuji → Normal spiciness
● Mount Fuji 5th Station → 10 times spicier than usual
● The summit of Mt. Fuji → 20 times spicier than usual
Anyone who challenges the spiciness of "Mt. Fuji Summit" alone and finishes it within the time limit of 22 minutes and 30 seconds (Fu-ji-san) will receive a free meal and a complimentary soft serve ice cream.
Shingen Pancakes
This is a new sweet from Yamanashi that can be enjoyed both hot and cold at the same time; it consists of a warm, fluffy, thick pancake topped with soft-serve ice cream and drizzled with soybean flour and brown sugar syrup.
As the soft serve ice cream is made using 100% fresh cream from Hokkaido, we were able to donate a small portion of our sales to the disaster-stricken areas as part of a project to support the Hokkaido disaster-stricken areas.Shingen Pancake Tower 3776
The Shingen Pancake Tower is a stack of our popular "Shingen Pancakes" that are 37.76cm high, a play on the name of Mount Fuji's altitude. What makes it different from our regular menu is that instead of the usual black honey sauce, we now offer strawberry fruit sauce, mango sauce, and peach sauce! We also top it with fresh cream, giving it a large presence and a flavor that you will never tire of.
We serve eight to nine pancakes, depending on how high each one is cooked, and we insist on keeping them at 37.76cm high.
Challenge details: If you can finish the Shingen Pancake Tower by yourself within the time limit of 37 minutes 76 seconds (38 minutes 16 seconds), it's free!
*Sauce topping not included
*The height may vary as the pancakes may sink depending on their softness.
Blue Mount Fuji Curry
"Blue Mt. Fuji Curry" is a realistic reproduction of Mt. Fuji.
Coconut milk and dairy products are added to the curry paste, which has been uniquely researched and formulated, and chicken and peach puree are added to bring out more richness, umami, and depth of flavor, and the curry is simmered for over 3 hours, resulting in a curry with even more flavor, richness, and depth from the subtle sweetness of the peach.

Golden Tiramisu
This menu was developed in collaboration between Yoneemon and Fujisan Products.
A gorgeous golden tiramisu that shines in gold! What's more, it contains rice! I've never seen a tiramisu like this before!
Ginshari Dokoro Yonemon, a restaurant that is particular about its ingredients and cooking methods, will begin serving its " Golden Tiramisu" on Friday , November 22nd, 2019, which is "Good Couple Day." The tiramisu is made with "amazake," a rice drink made from rice, which is synonymous with Yonemon.
At Yoneemon, we serve "amazake," a non-alcoholic drink made from rice, as an aperitif to start your meal.
This time, we are also using rice in the dessert, the final piece that adorns the meal, allowing you to enjoy our thorough commitment to rice in a style that "starts and ends with rice."
In terms of taste, the tiramisu makes use of the sweetness of amazake and has a smooth, creamy texture. Its refreshing, moderate sweetness and flavor make it a recommended dessert for women.
Furthermore, we made full use of the appearance to make it something that people would want to post on social media, and after many prototypes, we arrived at a gorgeous "gorgeous masu decorated with gold leaf " rather than just a masu, and not just putting gold leaf on the tiramisu.
To represent the theme of this product, "Koshu Gold ," we used "rice puffed rice" and covered the grains of puffed rice in gold leaf to resemble grains of "Koshu Gold ," which we then placed on the surface of the tiramisu.
This new menu is a lavish display of Yoneemon's commitment, and is carefully crafted not only in taste but also in appearance, story, and everything else.
In addition to the new menu item " Golden Tiramisu" with gold leaf , we will also start offering "Silver Tiramisu" made with silver leaf.

Yoshida udon, a representative local gourmet dish of Yamanashi Prefecture, is made into a local soft serve ice cream.
Supervised by "Menzu Fujisan," a popular local Yamanashi Yoshida udon restaurant, the local soft serve ice cream is made using the same Yoshida udon soup that is actually used at "Menzu Fujisan."This local soft serve ice cream is made by combining Yoshida udon dashi and a flavorful miso sauce, and the flavors of the dashi and miso match well with the flavor of the soft serve ice cream, creating an unexpected taste that will become addictive.
The soft serve ice cream is topped with fried Yoshida Udon noodles, as well as "suridane," a spicy topping that is an essential part of Yoshida Udon, allowing you to enjoy the changing flavors until the very last bite.
Also available as a topping sold separately is the "seasoned egg" that is essential to Yoshida udon, but in a rare version where only the egg yolk is seasoned rather than the whole egg.
Blue Mt. Fuji Baumkuchen on Soft Serve
Facilities provided: Mt. Fuji Lava Cafe Love Cafe/Fujisan Plaza

It is a sweet treat made of a thick pancake topped with soft serve ice cream and sprinkled with brown sugar syrup and kinako (roasted soybean flour).
The "Blue Mt. Fuji Baumkuchen on Soft Serve," which will be released on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, is a combination of the "Blue Mt. Fuji Baumkuchen" and the cafe's popular "Premium Milk Soft Serve Made with Hokkaido Milk." The chocolate mint flavor of the Baumkuchen and the vanilla flavor of the soft serve are a perfect match. As you eat it, the slightly melted soft serve seeps into the Baumkuchen, leaving a lasting impression with its moist taste. The price is 1,600 yen (tax included).

The base of the pure white soft serve ice cream is wrapped 360 degrees with dazzling gold leaf to recreate the golden Mount Fuji. The white soft serve ice cream on the top half represents the snow-capped Mount Fuji, while the gold leaf on the bottom half represents the golden shining mountainside of Mount Fuji. In addition, it is topped with "gold leaf salt" coated with gold leaf, which enhances the sweetness of the vanilla and allows you to enjoy the change in taste from the beginning to the end of the meal, making it more enjoyable not only in appearance but also in taste.

Introducing the Demaekan sharing delivery service
From Tuesday, October 6, 2020
The first sharing service in Yamanashi Prefecture was launched through negotiations with our company.
We have started the service.
With the expansion of Sharing Delivery® in Yamanashi Prefecture
Customers can easily order from the smartphone app or PC of many delivery service stores, including many chain stores affiliated with "Demae-kan" and local Yamanashi restaurants (with plans to gradually expand the number of affiliated stores), by viewing information such as menus and current waiting times for delivery. Payment methods include cash on delivery, electronic payment (paypay, LINE Pay, etc.), and credit card payment.
In addition to the Demae-can app, you can also order through LINE Delima and dDelivery.
This is the perfect tool during the COVID-19 pandemic, as you can receive freshly cooked food from the comfort of your own home and enjoy your meal in an environment that avoids the three Cs.
