This liqueur is made with the brown sugar syrup and kinako flour from Kikyo Shingen Mochi, and has the rich, sweet aroma and mellow, full-bodied flavor of the brown sugar syrup, as well as the aroma and flavor of the kinako flour. It can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, including as a soy latte with soy milk, with milk or soda, or on the rocks.
