Yamanashi Prefecture and Japan's greatest content, "Mount Fuji"

This is the only place in Japan where you can find this iconic mountain.

Mount Fuji is a universal theme.

Just as it is common knowledge that Japan's national flag is the Hinomaru, Mount Fuji is a representative Japanese landmark.

To use the name of Mount Fuji to the fullest extent possible and express it to the fullest extent.

We believe that this is the responsibility of a product company based in Yamanashi Prefecture.

Up until now, our company has been developing products in the "Blue Mount Fuji" series.

Why are we so hung up on the color blue? It's because blue is the color used to deform Mount Fuji.

I believe that when someone around the world asks you to "draw an illustration of Mt. Fuji," the colors that are used in most cases are "blue" and "white."

We have been planning products to express this deformed color in a number of foods.

This time, we developed this product, focusing on the fact that beer foam is white in color.

The most crucial aspect of planning the Blue Fujisan Draft Beer was, of course, selecting the brewery.

From among the many breweries available, we visited breweries both within and outside Yamanashi Prefecture, explained the project to the brewers, and held business talks with more than a dozen breweries.

In the selection process, the most important factors to consider were "taste" and "the brewery's attitude."

As for taste, it depends on the preferences of the planning and development staff, but we tried, compared and considered dozens of types of beer from more than a dozen breweries.

Also, what impressed me most as I visited the factories of dozens of breweries and held business negotiations with their representatives was the attitude of the breweries toward their beer.

As we negotiated with a number of breweries, we received a variety of responses and answers to our project.

During these various business negotiations, we held repeated meetings both within the company and with our partners.

It had all the flavor, the brewery's attitude, and all the other relative aspects.
