Development History
To date, Mt. Fuji Products has developed and released a series of products inspired by Mt. Fuji, such as "Blue Mt. Fuji Curry" and "Blue Mt. Fuji Curry Bread," with the aim of spreading the appeal of Mt. Fuji.
We are now pleased to announce the development and release of the long-awaited soft drink "Blue Mt. Fuji Cream Soda."
The release of the beer-like beverage "Aoi Fujisan (draft)," which was originally scheduled for release on Saturday, October 31, 2020, was suddenly postponed, and this product was created with the desire to quickly deliver a new alternative beverage to the many people who were looking forward to it.
Blue food and sweets are said to be "eye-catching" due to their visual impact, and are garnering attention in fashionable cafes and on social media as a food trend for 2021.
The new product, "Blue Mt. Fuji Cream Soda," is a special soda made just for the Blue Cream Soda.
In the past, green cream soda made with melon soda was the mainstream, but recently "blue cream soda" has become popular on social media.
The soda water, made with natural water from Mt. Fuji, has a beautiful cobalt blue color and a nostalgic cream soda flavor.

Ingredients (for 1 person)Blue Mt. Fuji Cream Soda 1 bottle (245ml)■ Whipped cream100ml fresh creamGranulated sugar, about 8g1 vanilla ice cream■ Decoration1 cherryCrushed ice (as needed)*If you don't have any, you can use rock ice.How to make it
1. Fill a glass with crushed ice until it is about 80% full.
2. Gently pour the Blue Mt. Fuji Cream Soda into the glass until it is 8/10th full.
*If you pour too vigorously, the carbonation will escape, so it's important to pour slowly!
3. Squeeze the desired amount of whipped cream into the remaining space.
4. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the rim of the glass.
5. Finally, place a cherry in the center of the whipped cream to finish.
In Arrangement
You can also add colorful agar to the crushed ice to make it look cute.
