[Featured in the media!] Media details: TV Tokyo To coincide with the release of Dekamori Hunter's new product, a menu item developed as part of the promotion is the big-eating challenge gourmet "Yoshida's Mega Mt. Fuji Udon". As the name suggests, the amount of noodles is 2.5kg of fresh noodles, equivalent to about 12 servings. Boiled udon noodles are served on a large plate, and covered with a generous amount of grated daikon radish to represent the blue and snow of Mt. Fuji. There are five toppings in total: kakiage, deep-fried chicken, croquette, chikuwa seaweed fried fishcake, and fried tofu. Each topping creates the image of the Fuji Five Lakes. Lake Kawaguchi = Fried chicken Lake Yamanaka = Kakiage Lake Shoji = Chikuwa Ten Lake Motosu = Aburaage Lake Saiko = Croquette Also, the bottom of the udon is covered with a generous amount of boiled cabbage, a typical topping for Yoshida udon, and the chopped green onions and wakame seaweed are used to recreate the sea of trees at the foot of Mt. Fuji. In addition, the soup is served in two types, hot and cold, so that you can enjoy a change of flavor. This large serving menu is a challenge gourmet, and if you finish it by yourself within the time limit of 60 minutes, you will not only get free food and drink, but you will also receive a newly released "Super Thick Yoshida Udon Mochiri Tapi Udon". You can challenge it by making a reservation at least three days in advance.
