As an entertainer in the food and beverage industry, we have developed a new large-portion menu, "Troll's Club," to deliver even more surprises and excitement to our customers. Reservations are required and must be made three days in advance. This menu can also be ordered as a share menu or a party menu for the New Year holidays, and is also offered as a big-eating challenge menu. The challenge menu has a time limit of 90 minutes, and if you can finish it by yourself, it is free. In addition, we will give you a 5,000 yen meal voucher (only available to the person who ordered it) that you can use next time. "Troll's Club" is made by soaking pork thigh meat with bones weighing 9 kg in original spices and grilling it in a special pot for Ajito. The grilled pork thigh meat with bones (about 8 kg when cooked) is placed on a special plate, and various vegetables and breads such as lettuce, broccoli, pineapple, peppers, corn, burger buns, and shredded cabbage are piled on top of it like a map in a role-playing game (RPG). This is an ultra-mega portion, with the total weight exceeding 10 kilograms when all the vegetables and other ingredients are included.
More Details

The bone-in meat is made from brand pork from Yamanashi Prefecture.

The meat is rubbed with original spices over a period of two days to allow the flavor to penetrate, and then the meat is grilled for over five hours on Ajito's special BBQ grill.

The meat is cooked thoroughly, yet moist and juicy with all the juices still remaining.

You can eat it as it is, or cut it up with a knife and fork; it's up to you how you like to eat it.

You can also use a special tool (meat claw) to shred the meat, place it between the burger buns on the plate, and top it off with Ajito's original BBQ sauce to make a "pulled pork sandwich."

It can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, including as "chunk meat," "pork steak," and "pulled pork."
