Super spicy gourmet Red Mount Fuji curry
The second in the Fujisan Curry series, "Red Fujisan Curry", is different from the conventional creamy "Blue Fujisan Curry" and is served as a spicy curry that reproduces the color of "Red Fuji". It is not just "spicy" but is a unique blend of spices that gives off a "delicious" flavor in the spiciness, and is further blended with grape juice from Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, "Japan's No. 1 Grape Village", to give it a rich and deep flavor. In addition, the curry incorporates the Japanese "dashi" culture, which is popular among foreigners, to create a "delicious flavor ~UMAM~" that can be felt in the spiciness. The spice used is Sansho pepper, and the numbing spiciness of mala gives it a sharp spiciness. Furthermore, the color of "Red Fuji", which makes Mount Fuji look red, is expressed with natural paprika pigments and grape juice. Red Mount Fuji curry
You can choose from three levels of spiciness.
● First Station of Mt. Fuji → Normal spiciness
● Mount Fuji 5th Station → 10 times spicier than usual
● The summit of Mt. Fuji → 20 times spicier than usual
Anyone who challenges the spiciness of "Mt. Fuji Summit" alone and finishes it within the time limit of 22 minutes and 30 seconds (Fu-ji-san) will receive a free meal and a complimentary soft serve ice cream.
