This time, I had the honor of overseeing the menu for "Mt. Fuji Lava Cafe Love Cafe."
Mount Fuji Lava Cafe Love Cafe, which opened on June 10, 2022, is a cafe stand conveniently located in front of Kawaguchiko Station on the Fujikyu Railway Line.
We supervised part of this menu.
The signature dish is "Yoshida Udon", a local gourmet dish from Yamanashi Prefecture.
It was developed in collaboration with the popular udon restaurant Menzu Fujisan and made into a soft serve ice cream menu item.
We have developed a local soft serve ice cream that uses the actual Yoshida udon soup used by Menzu Fujisan, topped with udon chips made from deep-fried udon noodles, grated daikon radish, and seasoned egg yolk.
In addition to the soft serve ice cream,
Frappes using "Blue Mt. Fuji Chocolate Crunch," a product of Mt. Fuji Products, etc.
