Fuji, has collaborated with San-X Co., Ltd. to produce a collaboration product with Sumikkogurashi, "Sumikkogurashi Blue Mt. "Blue Mt. Fuji Curry" started as a local gourmet dish served at a tourist facility in Yamanashi Prefecture. The visual of the blue curry roux representing the mountainside of Mt. Fuji and the white rice representing the snow-capped mountain became a hot topic, and it was later commercialized as a retort curry. It has been posted in large numbers on social media, and remains popular today as a blue curry that looks great in photos and videos.
This collaboration was made possible by a request from Kiddyland Co., Ltd. in response to the limited-time pop-up store event "Sumikko and Yama Souvenir Shop," which will feature the "Yama" character from "Sumikko Gurashi."
