In order to make "Kofu Chicken Motsuni", a local gourmet dish from Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, known to even more people, we have commercialized it in a retort pouch that can be stored at room temperature without the need for refrigeration or freezing. Both products contain four types of chicken motsu, including kumquat. We plan to sell them at service areas, roadside stations, supermarkets, and mass retailers in Yamanashi Prefecture, as well as at events across the country.

The newly developed "Kofu Chicken Offal Stew (Retort)" contains four types of chicken offal (gizzard, heart, liver, and kumquat) and can be enjoyed either cold or heated, for its rich flavor.
"Kofu Chicken Motsuni Curry" is an exquisite spice curry that brings out the rich flavor and tastiness of Kofu Chicken Motsuni.
A paste of chicken liver is added to the roux to add richness.
In addition, it is made with plenty of butter and cream, giving it a mild flavor reminiscent of butter chicken curry.
The ingredients include chicken gizzards, hearts, liver, and kumquats, making this a very satisfying dish.
During the development of this product, it was an absolute requirement that it be stored at room temperature, not frozen. The idea is that it can meet the needs of as many people as possible, as it is easy to store and transport, and can be eaten easily.
The Torimotai was formed in June 2008 as a volunteer group of Kofu city employees with the motto "Enliven Kofu with Chicken Motsuni!" The purpose of the group's activities is to promote Kofu through the promotion of Kofu Chicken Motsuni, and to "connect" all people, including lovers, family, and friends. The mascots "Torimotchan" and "Enmarukun" make appearances at events.
