"Nighttime Kikyo Shingen Mochi" is only available to adults! A new Japanese liqueur made with brown sugar and kinako, which allows you to enjoy the sweetness of the thick brown sugar and the aroma of kinako.
The newly released liqueur "Kikyou Shingen Kuromitsu Kinako" is a new product jointly developed by four Yamanashi businesses. It is delicious not only as a latte cocktail mixed with milk like the Kahlua Milk cocktail, but also as a "soy latte" mixed with soy milk, which is currently in vogue. The "soy" in soybean flour and the "soy" in soy milk are a perfect match to create a "soy cocktail."

Kikyoya Co., Ltd. (Head office: Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture / CEO: Jun Nakamaru) and Fujisan Products (Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture / CEO: Eiichi Shimizu), which develops and sells products, souvenirs, etc. related to Mt. Fuji, Yamanashi, and other areas, are pleased to announce the release of their first collaboration, the new "Kikyo Shingen Brown Honey Soybean Flour" liqueur.
The product is sold by Milex Japan Co., Ltd., a liquor wholesaler based in Kofu City, and manufactured by Monde Sake Brewery Co., Ltd., a winery based in Fuefuki City, making it an entirely Yamanashi product.

▶Collaboration with Yamanashi's famous souvenir, [Kikyō Shingen Mochi]
The new product being released this time, "Kikyo Shingen Black Honey Kinako," is a liqueur that allows you to enjoy the original taste of "Kikyo Shingen Mochi," which is synonymous with Kikyoya.
In February 2022, Mt. Fuji Products proposed product planning and development to Kikyoya, a leading confectionery manufacturer in Yamanashi Prefecture, and approached them about a collaboration. Under the supervision of Kikyoya, a collaborative product was created using Kikyo Shingen Mochi's brown honey and kinako flour as ingredients.
This drink allows you to fully enjoy the distinctive, sweet and rich flavor of brown syrup and the fragrant aroma of soybean flour.
"Kikyou Shingen Kuromitsu Kinako" is recommended to be mixed with milk to make a latte cocktail, but what is especially recommended is the "soy latte" that contains soy milk, which is a recent trend. The "soy" in the kinako and the "soy" in the soy milk are an exquisite match.
We have created a "soy latte cocktail" that will satisfy even the health-conscious.
In addition to iced latte cocktails, we also recommend warming it up and drinking it as a hot latte cocktail, which is perfect for the upcoming season.
"Kikyo Shingen Brown Sugar Kinako" will be on sale from Tuesday, December 6th at the "Wine Cellar" and "Cafe & Wine Bar Budoshu Ichibankan" in Kofu Station Celeo, Kikyoya's head office store, and souvenir shops in Yamanashi Prefecture. It can also be purchased at the Kikyoya online shop. In addition, you can enjoy the "Kikyo Shingen Brown Sugar Kinako Iced Latte Cocktail" and "Kikyo Shingen Brown Sugar Kinako Hot Latte Cocktail" as part of the drink menu at the "Mt. Fuji Lava Cafe Love Cafe" in the "Fujisan Plaza" in front of Kawaguchiko Station on the Fujikyu Railway Line.
We plan to start offering this service as a way to appeal to tourists both from Japan and overseas.
"Kikyo Shingen Kuromitsu Kinako" will first be sold domestically, and then we plan to export it overseas and promote it to the world as a representative "Japanese liqueur."
