Since yesterday, August 9th (Wednesday), a problem has occurred with our server.

The site has been restored as of today, Thursday, August 10th, and is now viewable.

This failure was not caused by an external attack or a computer virus.
It has been determined that this was caused by a network equipment failure that blocked access to the server in use.
Furthermore, no information was leaked as a result of this outage.
